Snakes and Ladders

We went to the Snakes and Ladders park at Farm Cove last weekend. Fun! The wooden posts are the "squares" on the "board". They are numbered and you move the number of squares spun on the dice wheel at the bottom. If you land by a ladder, you climb it, and if you end up in front of a "snake" you slide down, just like in the game, but in real life. Max loved it, even if he didn't quite get the concept fully. It went something like this: "How many now, Mummy?" "Five" He'd walk one post and again call out "How many now, Daddy?" Cute.
